ELCOME

The National Association of Women in Construction Pacific Northwest Region is one of the most active and geographically diverse regions within NAWIC. It exists to educate, support, connect, and develop women across every segment of the construction industry, from skilled trades and field supervision to project management, executive leadership, architecture, engineering, estimating, safety, business development, and ownership.

The Pacific Northwest Region is more than a professional association; it is a network dedicated to building leaders while strengthening the construction industry. Members gain access to continuing education, industry expertise, leadership opportunities, scholarships, mentoring, and lifelong professional relationships that often extend well beyond their local chapter. The region's philosophy centers on the idea that when women support one another, the entire construction industry benefits.

Joining this organization has been one of the best things I’ve done. The community of women here is amazing, I’ve made real friends and found mentors who genuinely have my back. And getting to mentor other women barely starting out in the chapter and/or their careers has been just as rewarding, if not more.
